No, rejection of ridiculous changes. I like how the 95 and on Versions of office look more than the 3.x Versions.

Well that is Office XP's look. It could be an OS other that Windows XP

Office XP has nothing to do with Winblows XP. I won't install Winblows XP, but you can have Office XP installed without it without problem.
