They won't produce a huge amount more water than gas engines already produce, so I don't see this being a really large problem.
I think (hope) Krsqk's post was just meant to be absurd, and therefore funny (a joke). At least, he didn't seem quite that insane the Last time I spoke (chatted) with him.
