Mid life galaxies have tones of planets, and few BH.

Ancient has tons of Black Holes and few systems with planets. (I like this setting the best as it allows for more game challenge)

You can always look through the "QuadrantTypes" file in the Data directory to see more precise breakdowns of each quadrant type...
