I disagree. I am a responsible Phased Beam owner. I have a 30kt phased beam generator which I keep locked up in my garage, and use occasionally to vapourise deer, rabbits and fowl for sport. |

EDIT: Uups, I cannot do that, I am German. So, probably I should ask Mr.Schroeder for a diplomatic solution.
