Still, pirates don't exactly build ships.....
Maybe they should Corsairs, or plunderes?
Kind of remind me of that race in that good old book "Battlefield Earth" that used some sort of sonic weapon to paralize people, and then take them to their planet to sell them as slaves. Even their center of goverment was called "Palace of Plunder"........
