Try the shipyard sites, they have some nice sets, you can often preview them before downloading:

www.universalshipyards.cjb.net used to have much more shipsets, but still has some nice ones

There are some great old shipsets that I can't seem to find anymore.. does anyone have a copy of the Panije? (sp?). It used to be one of my favourites..
