not a problem just will unclick the repeat projects until it is finished. unless i have another project that will finish first of course.

Fyron: Didn't kow about the 20% thing, but that was not my point. I basicly wanted to know whether my understanding of how intell worked was right, which it is, so I don't have to worry about it.

Intel Ideas. Well I think that if Intel would go back to basics and review the fundamental qualities that made Intel a leader in the Semi Conductior market, overhaul Mores Law, and stop releasing faster chips every GD six months, then perhaps the rest of us could catch the hell up and use some of these new chips. ---- OH you mean INTEL as in INTEL for INTEL in SEIV. My bad.

Ya um, just add a lot of projects where I can blow **** up. That will work for me.

Is there a way to mod in a counter intel facility that generates Counter intel?

New projects:
I made a few for the Star Trek Mod, but the one I really like is the ability to cause plagues on enemy worlds. That is a very nasty intel project.
