Same thing happened to me. Shrapnel, for whatever reason, doesn't ship the game in even a minimalist box (duh).

Anyways, they replaced my CD in a reasonably timely manner at no cost to me, so don't give up on them yet.

Like alot of gamers I support independent publishers, after all I'd rather my money went to the developers than to some Sierra or EA executive.

This is why Shrapnel has such a loyal following I think. They read the Boards, and they respond to concerns. That makes a world of differance when trying to get good word of mouth out. I am glad that Shrapnel is selling this game, and not some other OL company. Thank Shrapnel.
