Think something kinda like antimatter. Its liquid metallic actually. And yeah its one big scientific error but it works and other series have gotten away with much larger ones... ^_^

Almost all sci-fi shows base their wacky physics off of real theories. They aren't always the best of theories, but they do have a basis in reality. Your null-matter does not.

Well there is very little basis for Null-Space as a whole iirc. Think a solid block of nothing. And like I said its more like Liquid Metal...in any event yeah its flawed science, eh okay its non-science but, eh.
