Not quite - while I'd suggested such a method in this thread, Jack doesn't have that type of linking capability, and so is maintaining it himself. Of course, if Jack gets sufficiently dusted that he doesn't have a channel available to send power to the spell holding the Psi, she'll be free.

You could have D scry to check on the conditions back at the castle, or have Arthur do it - he did kind of leave it open:
