IIRC, stealth armor can be added by ability "cloak level", Massive Ship Depleter as any other weapon - use its specific number in the list of weapon choices, Neural Network - sorry forgot the ability, something like "maximum ship experience" - take a look at components.txt, it ii listed as ability in NN description.

Thanks a lot. I guess I should have checked Components.txt before. It had the answer to several of my questions.
