Yeah, thats why its so useless. It would make allegience subverter atleast SOME what usefull if you could first attack MC and THEN use AS on it.
Right now Psycic blows.
I can't think any usefull psycic gadjet worth the 1500 points

Organic / religious combo is my fav atm.
(coss i got my *** kicked far, far away by flora empire in Last game
