Comments : ( could be playing as replacement in the following games , willing to play in 2 games , etc )

Then when any info changes just edit your post...

Now Game Admins before you use a player from here make sure you get the player who is going on vacation or leaving to set the empire password to temp ( or something like that )

Also ask the temporary player if he wishes to play in the game. Perhaps even get the temp player to contact the regular player for questions.

Then go in on PBW and assign the temp player to take over the empire.

We can try this tread out for a bit... And when we get it down pact and kept clean we can start a new one or put a sticky on this....
