I keep hearing that other folks are seeing the AI doing *some* sort of SM? What have you seen the AI do? And what turn in the game has it been with what Bonus?

Someone suggested that you just need to leave the AI alone for 50-100 turns so it can go into some state where it actually uses its SM ships.

When the new patch is out, I'm gonna try doing some tests to see under what conditions I can make the AI use its SM ships--e.g. Declare war on everyone in the galaxy, then close off all my wormholes and wait 100 turns to see if the AI ever builds a wormhole *into* my system or otherwise alters the makeup of the wormholes in the rest of the galaxy.
