Sure. But in the 1.27 a patch, the APB XII had a range of 9. Now, in the 1.27 b patch, it just has a range of 8 again.

Also, in 1.27a, it looked like the max range damage of the APB XI was less than the APB X. But now, it looks like that also is no longer the case.

Isn't it fun talking about 'a' vs. 'b' patches?

Well, there are 2 changes in APB.

1) APB XII has range 8 instead of 9

2) APB XI has the following damage
55 55 50 50 45 45 40 40 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
it was
55 55 50 50 45 45 35 30 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

It's the same range as before (8).
