True, but that's a major inoconveinence for a website. The main reason though I wont do that is most ISP's have specific rules against persistant web sites running on a dynamic IP. I am sure you can give me many examples of people doing it and getting away with it but I think it's better having it running legit to worrying all the time if the ISP is gonna catch me running a game server and shut me down.
