Even then, the AI would probably be unpredictable, tending to tip the scales in one direction or the other.

The idea was to set the game in team mode, making the AI's partner each other and instantly decleare war on both humans. That should not leave much posibilities for exploits.

Of course there would be an element of luck as to which direction the AI's would attack, but trying to "herd" the AI's against your opponent would make an interesting challenge. Or at least I belive it to be so.

Still no takers

It sounds like an interesting and fun game type. I'm just not sure it goes that well if you're trying to rate players in competition, since even teamed, the AI's behavior is unpredictable and could alter the balance in many ways. Not that you necessarily care that much.

There are probably still AI exploits to consider, and whether any of them should be allowed or not.

Primitive, if no one else will I will accept your challenge. I was thinking about having a game such as this myself, allthough I am not totally sure about the AI getting high bonus. Last time I played AI on high bonus they whipped me worse then you did in our Last Koth game.

I'm doing some play testing now, and you might be right regarding the High bonus.

I have not played against the AI's since 1.78, so I've started a test game of me VS Cue Cappa and United Flora in Team mode .
It's still early, but they seem to expand faster now than they used to. I will continue the test this week-end. Look here for updates
