He meant that the game is made and sold by companies in a non-EU country (the USA).

Thanks Unknown Enemy, I was far from understanding what you initially meant. And yes you are of course right, it might draw away some people which could have been interested.

Fyron, I gather the game is sold in stores in the USA? That would be so more convenient, but hey, when you don't have enough customers for a given game, it is quite a problem. |

	I am sure you can.Quote:

People just think that if something goes wrong with a EU company, they would sort their problems more easily than with a US company.

And from a legal point of view it's true. But IMHO american companies are very more concerned about their image on the web, so it's easy to threat them with bad publicity on the web when you are not satisfied with what you have bought, to have your money backQuote:

				 Re: to french speaking players...
It is very easy to get your money back for a faulty (or even just unwanted) product in US stores (not even anything to do with the web ). Just go in, say this is broke, and you get a refund. Some stores only do store credit, especially on things like opened CD products and such. But that is nearly as good. If it isn't opened/used, you can usually get a cash refund on it. Not all stores are the same, but the vast majority have no hassle refund policies. And I don't think it has anything to do with some draconian laws...
