that's because actor's are made up, those shows are REALLY played by small people. they vary the width of the screen with nana-technology to make themselves look bigger or smaller.

Never trust PLastic People.
I haven't watched much TV at all in the past few years, and I've noticed my tolarance for makeup has steadily declined. National Newsfolk are only marginally tolorable, local Newsfolk make me want to start screaming about martian inposters taking over our communicaitons networks.
