Re: Space Empires.net seems to be down
You have got to be ****ting me! SE.net was taken down because someone said you were spamming! Don't they investigate these things? Oh wait, no they don't, look at what happed to other sites.
This really stinks!

Re: Space Empires.net seems to be down
No no no. It was a different user on the same server, not me. Noone accused SE.net of spamming.

Re: Space Empires.net seems to be down
Cable does not have enough uploading bandwidth to host the site...
I would rather use Linux to host a site, as it is free.

Re: Space Empires.net seems to be down
Oh, I get it now.
One of your host's other clients got spammed into the dark depths of the cyber regions and took spaceempires.net with it and everyone else on that server. That sucks, but figures.
I think it would be smart of your host to move the targeted site to it's own box and everyone else to a new box incase it happens again.

Re: Space Empires.net seems to be down
No... a client was sending out spam from their account, not getting spammed.
Getting a backup restored seems to be happening...

Depends on the cable I guess.
Linux is free, but it ends there.
Edit: Hey I got a promotion on this post…..
