Who knows? I hope not. The first people heard about AOW2: Shadow Magic was through Online store pre-order systems.

Re: Space Empires V spotted
ooooh, im all giddy. of course, since its already 10/03, odds are thats an old forecast. we probably would have heard something about a beta test starting. unless there secretly is one underway right now, and people are keeping it a tightly guarded secret. but i kind of doubt that, since small press games need all the publicity they can get.

Oh how I wish that were true. I too highly doubt the secret Beta testing theory. But I would love to be wrong on that.

Re: Space Empires V spotted
There have been several ridiculously non-existant games offered for sale in such catalogs over the years.

Look in the forums view:
Space Empires: IV Gold Beta Test
If you remove the letter I, that becomes:
Space Empires: V Gold Beta Test
Coincidence? I think not!

Re: Space Empires V spotted
wow, so if they're secretly testing SEV-Gold, then SEV must already be done! they're probably just timing the release date so that it wont have to compete with Worms 3D!
