I was trying out the old Sci-Fi Crossover mod, playing (in SP mode) as the Star Wars Empire. My closest neighbor was the Federation. They proposed a trade treaty and I accepted, but the message I sent was : "You are a powerful ally, Admiral Picard. Join me and together we will rule the Galaxy."

That was the moment SEIV surpassed MoO2 in my Best Space Games list.

Not exactly to scale on the turns, but you get the jist of it. I think someone should have explained to him that you only get one homeworld planet on a 1 planet start. That player is no longer in the game
