Opinions please, and fast, I'll decide before tomorrow morning (9 hours from now).

Is there a way you can use the current .plr files to run the first turn again when we get the correct .emp file from this player? It seems to me like you would be able to if the starting positions are the same and everything, but I may be mistaken.
But I think we should go ahead with the restart. At least it was now and not 20 turns in. Being the first turn it isn't too much of a hassle to remake our turns. That is MHO of course. Starting positions are random, so no go on old plr files.
I'll go out and run my laps in the forest now and then off to bed. But if I haven't too many angry mails in my mailbox in the morning we'll restart.
Edit: It's an old tradition in the NGC games to restart!

Re: (N)GC4 - Game Story Thread
Ok, sure, np with restart (I had a bad start anyway ) - but please ASAP. Do you already have a new empire file? If not, kick that player as hard as possible so you will get it NOW ! Another 72 hours to wait for the Last .emp should not be needed.

Re: (N)GC4 - Game Story Thread
I have no problem with a restart, I'm all for a nice fair start. then there will be no excuses when I win.
Cheers!
I guess we won't need to upload our empires again, just load and play our first turn again right?
