I noticed that the company that made HW2 have released a free set of tools for modding WH2. Just go to their site, register and download them. I'm not sure if the tools for extracting the models is there, but there might be some 'viewers' for the various models in-game. Perhaps some cleaner views could be made.

just a thought.

I'll install the demo and see the game for myself, it looks like it might be fun.
