Can you blame him? If you were worth billions, and could walk around an airport and never be noticed, then in all likelyhood, its a safe bet that your not a target for some kidnapping or something equally as dumb.

To think that being the owner of a software company who licensed a product that they did not own at that time, would make you the richest man alive. Talk about foresight.

Man I could have sworn that Crusade was ran on Sci-Fi, its been soo long ago (maybe TNT bailed on it so fast that I didn't catch the switch to Sci-Fi). As far as Farscape, they ran out of money, but started that stupid show Scare Tactics? Talk about not having brains. Though I think the shows premis is dumb, why run it on Sci-Fi, it was just another reality show, nothing to do with Sci-Fi.

I agree that the "suits" don't know crud about Sci-fi, I still couldn't belive that FOX took off John Doe after 1 season, that was so good, and though it had a fantasy twist to it, I bet the show appealed to the main stream viewers. Also, I can't help but wonder how the cliff hanger would have played out.

It was Crusade....and yeah they royaly screwed it.

And yeah it got moved to Sci Fi where they played eps completely out of order because they said "Crusade as it was meant to be seen" or some uber crap like that.

It got screwed on both channels Lasted ten weeks and flopped sadly :-( AND WE NEVER FOUND OUT HOW IT ENDED DAMNIT!

I hate it when a network has a cliffhanger for a season finale, then cancels the show. I still remember V, the series, having a cliffhanger of an ending and then getting dumped. Or what's worse, like on 24, they have a cliffhanger for an ending, then totally skip on what happened over the past year. They have a totally new storyline, with vague references as to what happened.

Yes, B5 was originally produced at WB and distributed by syndication, but was broadcast on TNT for its final year or so. Then when the sequel series B5: Crusade came out with the sponsorship of TNT some of the chimps in the programming division wanted to turn it into a sexed-up 'Buck Rogers' clone. The story was pretty big in the B5 community at the time. You can find lots of history.
