No problem, I realized that after download the files!
Anyway, here are the Tessellate 1.0, if somebody still don't have this great shipset (I'm not talking about the AI, right! ).

More feedback:
It appears to me that the Aquilaeian empire does not make enough intelligence facilities. Even in the endgame, they always seem to make very few intel points.

Yep, and thanks for the report!
Usually all of my AIs hasn't good Intel.
Because the AIs are not good doing Intel project, decided to use most the effort to get more resources and research.
Depending of the map o or the luck or the human's gameplay, it can be a big problem or not.
Sadly, we can't force the AI to build more Intel facilities, if are under Intel attacks...

Sadly, we can't force the AI to build more Intel facilities, if are under Intel attacks... If that's the way it was intended, then that's cool. I could have been a little more clear in that they seem to have far less intel points when compared to other TDM AI's. And I always use at least a low AI bonus, which I think applies to intel and research as well as the other resources. I would think that with the AI bonus, they would have a little more intel points.
