Yes, but what kind of soy product? Did you read the whole article, or just the title?

That article had a lot of "bad stuff" but absent was any real facts, figures, or general proof.

I'd suspect it's just some person pushing their agenda.

However, anything in large amounts can be harmful. As usual, the good 'ol balanced diet works best.
