On the fact that I am alive, healthy, and that none of my vital organs have suffered some kind of shock.
To Fyron:
Soy sauce, soy beans themselves, tofu, korean condiments (made with soy most of the time), and other foods.

Not exactly a scientific study. Actually sounds a lot like the logic some people used to use to prove smoking is not unhealthy.
After reading a few more articles on Soy I'm not about to change my eating habits to avoid it. But I think I would avoid giving it to an infant or taking it in massive quantities.
