I thought that this was only something you could set at the beginning of the game/empire setup. I will look for the selection for setting during the next game turn.
Could/should this be an FAQ item? I have looked at most of everything here and didn't have a clue. Although there are few bug/inconsistancies problems in the FAQ because of the speed of patches and support SEIV gets. Already in the FAQ in my "turn checklist"

{snip} 1st turn:
- set up research, turn off “divide points evenly”, use all points, turn on “repeat projects”
- set up build queue - turn off the minister control option
- turn on planet facility labels
- design colonizer, spaceyard base
- turn off option for ships to clear orders when encountering enemy {unsnip}
Well those problems will have to stay as 1.91 is the Last patch isnt it until SE5 comes out - so existing issues bugs etc will have to be left unless MM does another patch - by reckoning around here is highly unlikley unless its a major bug.
Slick, that's not it. It's not the minister option that's being discussed but the "Ai won't make any changes during simultaneous turns" or something like that option.
We should get that into the faq, are you up to it (Don't I know that you are... )?
