I fixed it but found another bigger problem. I will have to remake all of the pages again. Keep a look out for when I am done so that you can give me some feedback.

I have updated the home page as a first step/test and need someone with other than ie browsers to take a look for me. The two key things I am trying to fix are:
1) "Mail to" block at bottom of screen and not top.
2) Resizing screen (say half size) does not cause the nav bar to go by-by. The news box and nav box will stack at around 1/8 of the browsers actual size. i will be checking this thread every few minutes to see any feedback.

Opera 5 shows it about the dame as IE except it is ignoring your request fpr special fonts.
