Some ideas you might want to consider for the site are switching from times new roman font (ewh) to at least Arial.

You may also want to use a white text for paragraphs and reserve coloured text for headings.

For large images, it might be a good idea to make a thumbnail image to avoid having them mess around with your formatting. Using %'s rather than fixed sizes for your tables can help to fill up the window.

Perhaps switch your image for se.net with that nice new banner I made for Fyron.
