Again Lucanos that's how far I understand it and observed it in my games:

For the propose and accept treaty anger level the AI will propose or accept a treaty if the anger level is below the calculated value.
For breaking the treaty the AI will break it if the value is above the calculated value.
I agree it would be very nice if this was explained somewhere in the game manual or in the politics file clearly!

First I'd like to say that I admire your socratic wisdom, Q.

Secondly, I'm just putting this thread at the top, in case someone else has got any other ideas concerning the file.

Any Ideas on AI_POLITICS.TXT?
