Well, I haven't exactly tried it recently, did it quite a few times in early beta and in SEIII (very useful in SEIII to "repair" fighters in combat... go in with one hit point left, come back out full strength). Should be a something like "Recover Units" in the Orders menu... if there isn't, oops, my bad

Sorry Will, but it is not possible to recover fighters during tactical combat. So fighters cannot be recharged during combat and I think this is o.K.
