Use the forum as a resource tool? Sure. You guys are sometimes better than the search engines.

What? "Sometimes" just didn't seem like a possibility?

It is a great resource, mostly for SEIV and sci-fi stuff, of course. I really hope it is backed up somewhere. I'd pay like $5 to have a CD Version of the whole Shrapnel forum history.

I tried to use it to find some interesting films I hadn't seen. It wasn't as useful as I'd hoped on that score.

But there is tons of good stuff here, and not all about SE4.
