Re: OT: How old are you ?
45 - First computer was a Tandy custom built 8088. Spent $2700.00 one that one, my how times have changed. Got Might & Magic I and became forever hooked. Played Star Trek 25th Anniversry (I think), it was kinda cool romping about the galaxy, transporting people to and from various planets. My interest in gaming only grew, and with it a better and better understanding of the computer itself. Eventually switched careers to a PC Tech and now a Network Admin. Having fun can pay off.

Choplifter. Great game!
I'm 45, been playing computer wargames since, uh some training sim in CIC on my ship (USS Coontz, DDG-40, since scrapped ) in the late 70's. Actual board wargames since before then, but I can't remember how long.

Re: OT: How old are you ?
yep, I just think its interesting as to the type of gamers that play SE4 and from where. It also sort of breaks the ice for newbies, the ages of us here is quite different compared to many other sights and games

Re: OT: How old are you ?
I'm 38, Swiss, and got hooked on strategy games when I bought my first computer, an Atari ST, about 15 years ago. I cannot spend a single day without devoting a few hours to gaming. My mother used to tell me I would grow out of playing games and listening to heavy metal music, but she was wrong: just got "worse"
Gotta go play...
