Perhaps I'm wrong then. I have to first research Mine tech? I already have Mine Warhead II but I need some other technology to put the warheads in? Boy, this sure is frustrating. They really need a better tutorial/strategy guide.

Please confirm I need more then just Mine Warhead technology.
