I think I've partially figured out what happened. While I was at work, my wife ran Norton, cleaned up the HD, defrag, etc. I hadn't been aware of it. When I came home, I uninstalled, reinstalled, and it worked fine.

Try a defrag and reinstall. That might help.

It works great now.

I wasn't expecting the music video with Rover. Nice touch!
