PS: Not quite sure about your Last comment about standard data files. Would you elaborate a bit more.

PPS: Have posted v130h2 as a fix...Spotted a few other minor bits with the Klingons too.

You did not include any empire files, which are needed to select the empire in the starting game menu.
When I created an empire file for the Klingons and Romulans I used ship name files which were not included in the original SEIV or TDM-ModPack. I did this because I have now about 30 races and you can't give two empire the same ship names. Now if you would use my empire files, you will get an error unless you downloaded these special ship name files. So may be you create empire files to be included in your races, which use the standard ship names files?

Q,
Looks like I did work out what you are getting at. V130h2 includes EMP files with standard ship names.
Thanks again,
GE

Hey GE - nice job! The modded tech's were actually why I had not d/l and played with it yet. B/T/W - if you don't mind, I think your quad mod (which I am also getting ready to play a game with) should probably be in the "data/sound/graphic modifications" subtopic (where Daynarr's is). The ideal is for the "maps/scenarios" suptopic will be used for preset scenarios and maps created from the map editor.

Thanks

Both races do a great job in my recent game. The Klingons are 1st place, 2.2 Mill Score, I have 1.1 Mill Points, 2nd place, seem to have not the chance to reach the Klingons score though I have to pay no maintenance for ships and I have all Colony Techs and expand like the rabbits (Happy Easter, BTW). Romulans are 3rd place, they surprised me with cloak-III ships long time before I have researched hyper optics.

One planet of the Klingon Empire likely has declared independency, I have never seen that before: suddenly another empire arose... when I have seen that (during Players taking turn) I switched the new empire to human control to observe it (GJ 1061 Commonwealth). It has the same Race Picture (I guess it has the same race description also) as the Klingons and it is one Homeworld among several Klingon Planets. The Klingons don't seem to care about it since some 1 year now.

GE, your AI-mods are great ! I play with high diff/low bonus/lot fun. I have seen you have made some updates meanwhile, I'm looking forward to them with my next game.

PsychoTechFreak,
Thanks for the feedback. I generally find on high diff/low bonus that the Klingons and Romulans generally are in the top 5 (unless they get mugged early or trapped in a corner).

One problem I am wrestling with is with trying to get them to use later weapons types. Have put a post out to the others modders for advice on this.

Right now, the Romulans are doing a very good job of being, well Romulans. I have not yet encountered the Klingons. But for the most part, they are doing well score wise. Top 3. Klingon # 1 Romulan #3. Ferengi are #2 not that you would care about that.
