For right now, I give the idea a 6. It would get a 10, except that I'd rather see MM work on other stuff first (e.g., improve AI, improve diplomacy, make IntelOps realistic [no PPP of a jubilant planet], improve trading, release SaveGameFile editor, enable linking to other games for combat, expand tech tree). Also, some of this stuff MUST be worked on first, or Civil War won't work as intended.

I think an Intergalactic Civil War is the best idea posted yet - I've been following these threads for quite some time now. You are one creative guy! My vote is a 10, I'd even give it 27 if I could. LMTY

I vote 10.
I really like the idea of conquered aliens revolting. I also like 1 rioting planet setting off a chain reaction & causing revolt if left unattended.
