As long as there is some clear feed back to the player that his/her people are getting ticked off, or a documented explanation as to what the triggers are, then I'd vote whole heartedly...

checking out old postings, so im bumping this cause it is such a good idea.... and i have a pbw scenario idea in mind, i want to test out a how a scenario would play on pbw anyway.
