Re: Best Starships...
I tend to enjoy the Xaiti Battleship III. Using a swaggering style flying, I can keep an almost continous braage of fire against an enemy. Not to mention, I can easily keep my *** covered - a serious weak point on terran ships.

Re: Best Starships...
My favorite is definitely the Xiati Battleship III. Without trouble, I can destroy nearly any other ship (or base for that matter) that happens to come along. The only time I have trouble is when I come up against another Xiati Battleship!!

Re: Best Starships...
Xiati Battleship III for me too. I've outfitted her with the best Emmissive armor I can get and forgo shields almost completely. Throughout the game, I build up my armor repair skill and have fun! Tachyon Cannons all the way around with Quantum Torpedos. Nothing beats flying straight into a group of enemy ships and with one hand on the weapon slots and the other on the target selecter, I let 'er fly and watch beautiful yellow beams of death bLast from everywhere cutting things appart as I bLast right on through. Add some enemy fighers so my PDC's have something to do and my PC's vid card has a hard time keeping up.
Wow. What a rush.

Re: Best Starships...
For me the Abbidon battleship III, I like how it can fire both front and back. Also I like how strong my shields are, I don't worry about moving around astroids I just go through them .

Re: Best Starships...
Ditto with Mr.Sefter! Abbidon all the way. Tachyon cannons around me. But... for heavier weapons I have to go with the plasma torpedo's. Mianly because the quantum and the plasma torpedo are sooooo close in damage they out do each other some way. If you use the plasma torpedo(40kt) vs.the quantum torpedo(50kt) you will save space. Lets say 20kt, that allows more other componets you could put on!
