Not only would I be willing to pay for an expansion pack... but I'd be willing to pay in advance... Let MM move this board to their site, charge a $20 - $25 fee to use it, and use that money to finance these patches.... but MM should give those that pay preference over adding new features... If MM sees that lots of people HAVE paid for new upgrades, they might even hire an additional programmer!
As for what features? The two recent ones were Civil War and Racial Feuds. But I also like all of my ideas too
