Not particularly talking about you, I had just read a few threads with escalating demands ( demands of the 'insist until you get an answer' type + 'keep insisting afterwards because you do not like the answer you got).

is it possible that they, sometime, code a feature because we the fans perceive it as important, or is it a definitive no? I dont remember that they ever changed their mind on a feature they didnt liked initialy. Feel free to refresh my mind if I miss something.

None of us can say for sure without confirmation from the devs, but I'd say that Storms, Supercombatants & the GUI have been tweaked with because of fan feedback.
