The numbers are shown either in the province option, or in the top left window in the main screen, but I do agree a function allowing to cycle through your provinces would be much easier to use than numbers.

4) When winning a game, you get the "You Win!" message and the game exits. Be nice to go back to the main menu, and possibly prompt for deleting that game (it stays active).

And the same thing when you lost a game perhaps? Although hopefully it will happen less often than the "You Win" situation.
