Re: DOMII PBEM game update
Minor request, no big deal:
Now that we've got the game started, would anyone who has quoted my IP previously in this thread please "X" it out? The ones I saw at first glance were Posts by talos and Phil. No worries, just asking for complicity in my paranoia.

Re: DOMII PBEM game update
If anyone at some point loses the IP they can message me privately for it either through the Boards or by email - so there's no reason to take fright.
As of now the game is set to "quickhost", which means it should cycle every time it gets a turn from each player; however fast we play, that's how fast turns will progress. Unless there is any objection I'll leave it that way. If we start to slow down to less than one turn per day, then I'll switch to scheduled hosting.

Re: DOMII PBEM game update
no need to chage it
as is in quick host mode it waits for every one to make their turn and does not host every day
it hostes when every one is ready wether that takes week or 3 minutes..
but imho one a day is rather good paste a bit faster is no worse IF some one is going to be away for long time (ie 3 days...) it would be nice to inform the rest of us

Sorry, I had forgotten about the game (I'm used to games which run a few turns a week -- daily is fine, I'll just have to remember).
If I'm taking a while, feel free to prod me, I can be reached at wrosgen@telusplanet.net
Also, I'll be out of town this weekend, from Friday morning to Sunday evening. I'll be sure to play my turn friday morning, but I won't have access to a computer that I can install dominions on until I get back.

Re: DOMII PBEM game update
Well, it's difficult to get in more than one turn per day since we're all over the map - Finland, France, and in the U.S. California, Ohio, and Texas if I'm not mistaken - but I hold out hope that here in the early game we may be able to do it once in a while.
If I do eventually put it on a schedule I'd either have it host 5x a week (weekdays) or 6 (weekdays and Sunday, Saturday off). But that's getting ahead of things.
