Thanks Truper! You were rampaging in my lands for awhile - I didn't want to take your Valkyries and Dragon on without a Staff of Storms.

I have to apologize about the final battle. The VQ was in her own dominion, so when the rest of the troops fled she stuck around. By the time your troops killed the garbage troops, she was Quickened + Invulnerable + Breath of Winter, along with her Ethereal, Regenerating and Life Stealing and 0 encumberance, 4 candle dominon and 4 stars of experience. My main army was out trying to catch you, but she was just taking out the minor armies and got lucky.

She is really very powerful and quick starting = get her quickness and stoneskin, and she can take out most independents by herself. She was attacking by turn 5, and by turn 10 is pretty amazing (iron skin, breath of winter), and by 15 near unstoppable. Doesn't even need artifacts...

No apology necessary! The guessing game as to what would go where was interesting.

I found it tough to have a coherent strategy playing as quickly as we did. Makes me think I should stick to turn-a-day style play at least until I have some more experience.

I noticed the VQ had no items (and really didn't need them - sigh). I'm going to have do a bit of thinking about what might have taken her down.

Midnight Matchup will be put on hold; as a saved game from Tuesday's matchup will be played. Look to Thursday for another Match beginning.

Me, Delacroix and the remaining forces of Marginon, Man and Atlantis were unable to defeat one another completely in Last nights 7 hour session.

Machalaka, Jotun however have been cleansed from the lands of the Sundering!

Pick your preferences now! Thursday's matchup is coming. Cthulu is calling!

Note: If the players don't mind, we can save and continue games at another time. I don't mind at all.

P.S. If you have a game preference; please post it. I usually put things to default; as to play a 'generic' game to test MP standards; but I wouldn't mind playing and I hope other players as well, playing on different settings.
