The target field exists and contains the string:
C:\games\dominions2\dom2.exe --tcpclient --ipaddr 68.98.86.49 --port 1111 --nonationsel
I run Windows 98, and I'm sure I've had this sort of thing working before ...

If I put in double quotes, Windows takes them out when I Apply. If I use single quotes, I get application not found.
