Huh, maybe you're right, but as a reviewer (in a "paper" strat games mag) it isn't a very feasible method...
Maybe we could leave the rating space blank at the end of the review - "Put your rating here"

Alot of Online mags do kindof that. If anyone is feeling particularly thrilled about the game they can do a search for reviews and "add user comments" to push its Ratings up abit. Here is an URL of many of them....
