To get it all together in 3 lines:

"Death" gives you -2% income, -0.2% pop growth, -20% supply per scale.

Abysia ignores the negative modifiers on income and supply!

It still still suffers from pop loss, though.


Maybe even more, as it typically uses blood magic, so patrolling against unrest will kill further pop.

Hey thanks.
I get it now. So it is like "drain" with Ulm a bit? The Smiths just ignore the drain, but it still affects everyone else?

So having no population will eventually be bad for Abyssia too, they will just ignore the short term 0.2 etc. effects.... (right?)

Abysian provinces will lose 0.2% population each turn for every level of death scale there (so 0.6% for death 3), but it has no other effect.
