Would this be considered a bug ?

Speaking of enemy dominion. I had a game Last night on the Inland map, me playing Pangea against Marignon, Ermor and Tien Ch'i. (marignon & Tien Chi at Impossible and Ermor at easy)
The mod that was in use was Cherrymod scales v.01 (the one with 'fixed' luck and growth scales)

I'm currently at turn 69 and getting my *** kicked, by Marignon... and here comes the funny part, I noticed that Marignon got a few provinces with a dominion more powerful than 10 (which I thought was the maximum).
The only one I can see now for sure (since I haven't got many provinces left) is province nr. 146 which currently has a dominion of -32.
I wouldn't want to face the enemy God there, I tell you =)

But seriously, I don't know what's making this. This is the first time I ever seen this, and I'm curious if anybody else ever seen this? Is there a site or something that can do this?

It is due to the marignon theme fires of the faith.

COOL! I want to see a combat pretender/ prophet with dominion that high... Besides, weren't there some spells (globals) that are affected by dominion... If I remember right and there is a global that makes you get free vinemen (Ermor ability for non-undead troops... with Marignon!) that would make a cool way to win a game. How j�ttekivaa!
